Help with the Styrshift app for workers, team leads, dispatchers, and customers.

Email us

support@styrshift.com — the fastest way to reach a human. We reply as soon as possible.

It helps if you tell us the company you work for, the email address you sign in with, and what you were doing when it went wrong. Please don’t send us your password or a sign-in code.

Who to ask first

Styrshift is the software your employer uses to run their work. We don’t decide who gets which shift, and we can’t change your roster or your pay.

Ask your employer’s dispatcher or office about which shifts you are offered, where and when a job is running, hours recorded against a job, pay and invoicing, and being added to or removed from a company.

Ask us when the app itself is at fault: you can’t sign in, notifications don’t arrive, something won’t load, or you see an error.

Signing in

Workers sign in with the email address their employer holds for them. You enter that address, we email you a six-digit code, and you type it into the app — there is no password to remember. Codes expire after a few minutes; ask for a new one if yours has timed out.

If the code never arrives, check the spam or junk folder first, then check with your employer that they hold the same email address you are typing in. A code can only ever go to the address on your record.

Managers, dispatchers, and customers sign in from the same app using the link in their invitation email. If you are a worker and reach a screen asking for a password, use the “Not a worker? Sign in here” link to get back.

Notifications

Styrshift sends a push notification when you are offered a shift, when a day’s crew is confirmed, and when something you are booked on changes. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are still allowed for Styrshift in your phone’s settings, and that you are still signed in. Signing out or reinstalling the app clears the device registration, so notifications resume once you sign back in.

Your shifts and availability

Shift offers appear on your dashboard, and you accept or decline them there. Marking days on your calendar tells your employer when you are available — it is a signal to them, not a booking, and it does not reserve or cancel any work on its own. If a shift you accepted has disappeared, your employer has changed or cancelled the job; they can tell you why.

Your account and your data

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled. In short: the business you work for controls the information about you in Styrshift, and we process it on their behalf. A company that hires you through a partner never sees your phone number or email address.

You can request deletion of your account from Styrshift account deletion, or from the app while signed in. Operational records of completed work are archived rather than erased, because the businesses involved need them.

Reporting a problem with the app

Email support@styrshift.com with your phone or browser, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a lot. If it is stopping work right now, say so in the subject line.
